The work Charlie and his crew did was amazing from beginning to end. We had talked with 2 other companies first and we either got attitude or no response. From the first day, Charlie showed up right on time, gave us an estimate the same day. He only asked for a small deposit to get going and only wanted the balance after they were done and we were completely satisfied. They secured the building permit at no additional cost. Charlie came by every day to make sure his crew cleaned everything up before they left and they took ALL of their trash with them. There isn’t too much that can be said about the high quality of material, high quality of work and outstanding professionalism of Lifetime Patios and Charlie Tunstead. The work that Lifetime did for us was at a home in an HOA with a very detailed permit and approval process. Charlie handled everything from plans to permits (including city) to permit sign-off. We are thrilled with the design of the patio. the double lattice roof gives an enormous amount of shade at all angles of the fun – a well worth extra expense. The patio structure which follows the swimming pool shape gives our back yard an elegant look. Architecturally it is beautiful.
